His technical acumen evolved with his transition into 3D design, where he excelled in creating engineered tooling derived from intricate part prints. Advancing further, Shayne embraced the role of a cutting tool applications engineer, where he provided essential at-spindle solutions and expanded his product knowledge. In his most recent endeavor, Shayne has distinguished himself as a sales engineer for carbide raw materials, deepening his understanding of cutting tool material science and affirming the criticality of application-specific performance. His comprehensive experience underscores a steadfast commitment to innovation and excellence in the engineering domain.

Lauren Kelly - Sales Analyst

Lauren’s impressive background includes over 20 years of dedicated customer service experience, spanning both non-profit and commercial sectors where her critical thinking and problem-solving skills have been meticulously refined. Lauren understands the importance of building relationships and follow-through for customers. She never settles for less than careful attention to detail and continuous improvement. Additionally, her expertise with CRM databases will undoubtedly bring a fresh perspective to ETS. She has worked on both the end-user and implementation side of multiple software programs. Lauren has spent much of her life living (and loving) NE Ohio. She relaxes and unwinds by playing volleyball, reading, and volunteering with her local TNR Cat group .🐾😸
